We are 15-year industry veterans with expertise in sourcing and roasting the most ethical, delicious, and easy to work with coffees possible. We offer a vast selection of specialty coffees bought at fair prices (3 times Fair Trade on average). Our markup is transparent… We print it on the bag!

Our sibling charity is Pro Baristas who provide SCA certificate courses to those who need employment and wouldn’t otherwise have the chance to enter the coffee industry. Through Pro Baristas we also offer free courses for any wholesale customers who use us as their primary coffee.

Every penny you spend with Skylark goes to charity. We’re a registered non-profit (Charity #142607), and we support other non-profits from jobs training in Brighton at Pro Baristas to nature conservation on the Knepp Estate to sustainable livelihoods for coffee farmers in Ethiopia through Falcon Coffee.
